A vivid memory from the clients' childhood is glasses made of Bohemian glass brought by their grandparents from numerous trips. At that time, such glasses symbolized success and expanded opportunities as the Soviet Union was a country with many restrictions, and not so many people could travel abroad. Associating with grandfathers as significant and close people and mentors, now the glasses are a common symbol of the family continuity in a large family for the clients, their parents, and children.
The chandelier consists of several large glass flasks of various shapes and sizes; they are combining several glasses together. Glasses symbolize family members united by kinship like a transparent but strong glass dome. Light sources are neatly hidden in glasses, which are assembled by special design into one "bunch" covered with a glass shell.
We have provided several functional and decorative modes of operation for the chandeliers: family, festive, when all light sources are turned on, the "relax" mode, when glasses are lit, and the dim light falls on the table, and the night background mode, when only luminous glare on the ceiling is visible.
